Will I be able to edit my website?
YES! This is such an important part of our web design service that we have thought about in great detail. The way we design our websites is so you can easily come in and make small changes as your business grows. We have a private ‘how to’ page with short trainings created by us for you.
What platform will my website be on?
WordPress.
It truly is the king of all platforms and a great place for you to build your website.
Whether you’re looking to start out small and scale in a year or two, or you want a website with multiple functions right away, WordPress is the most flexible platform.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we split all projects over three months.
- The deposit is 20% which should be made to hold your design slot.
- 40% is then taken 30 days after deposit payment.
- The remaining 40% is taken 60 days after deposit
What currencies do you work in?
No matter where you are from or what is your currency we will work it out… we are spreading wellness around the world and we want to be accessible to everyone.
How long does it take to make a website?
The timeframe can vary depending on the project. Typically the project is completed within 30-40 days, as long as we have all of the content before we start.
We work extremely hard to not let a project go over 3 months.
Can you edit my existing design?
Sometimes yes, however more often than not it is easier and much more beneficial to start from scratch, (depending on how your initial website has been set up). Please reach out to Sophie at [email protected] to discuss your specific requirements.
What do I need to provide?
Once the deposit has been made you will receive a questionnaire and design brief to work through and submit prior to the project start date. We will also need your logo files (unless we are designging your branding), website copy and any imagery you want to use on your website.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! All of our clients are offered ongoing support and maintenance plans to suit their needs. We recommend all WordPress clients take out a small monthly maintenance package to keep their website up to date, secure and backed up, however all of our support plans are optional.
