Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to edit my website?
YES! This is such an important part of our web design service that we have thought about in great detail. The way we design our websites is so you can easily come in and make small changes as your business grows. We have a private ‘how to’ page with short trainings created by us for you.
What platform will my website be on?
WordPress.
It truly is the king of all platforms and a great place for you to build your website.
Whether you’re looking to start out small and scale in a year or two, or you want a website with multiple functions right away, WordPress is the most flexible platform.
Do you offer payment plans?
We have made this easy to buy as you need.
- Purchase your template and buy the extras as you need them.
What currencies do you work in?
Our website design and templates are priced in UK pounds
How long does it take to make a website?
The difficult part for any website is you creating the content and making sure you are happy with it.
The important fact to remember is that you can change the text and the images at any time.
The more corrections you do, the better you get to know your site and the easier it becomes.
We have created your course in both video and with a print off sheet so that you can stop and start the instructions every step of the way.
Can you edit my existing design?
No, this is not a service we offer.
What do I need to provide?
You will need to prepare your text and your images. We have included some templates for you so that you have a great starting point from which to build your website
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! All of our clients are offered ongoing support and maintenance plans to suit their needs. We recommend all WordPress clients take out a small monthly maintenance package to keep their website up to date, secure and backed up, however all of our support plans are optional.
What Our Clients Say
“Sophie built my new website recently, and it was altogether a great experience. I love the new site, and every step of the process was smooth and clear. Sophie heard clearly what I was looking for, and produced art work and web pages that I am really happy with, and convey my work in exactly the way I was hoping for. I would thoroughly recommend!”
Karen Leadbeater
“I just wanted to leave you a quick message to say that I am getting a lot of compliments for my website, and this is a message of thanks and even though I thought it was an amazing from the beginning but now other people are also finding it amazing so thank you again for the great job that you did.”
