YES! This is such an important part of our web design service that we have thought about in great detail. The way we design our websites is so you can easily come in and make small changes as your business grows. We have a private ‘how to’ page with short trainings created by us for you.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, if it would make it easier for you we can split the payment into two payments.
The first once you initially book your slot and the second payment once you have completed the questionnaire with your content.
What currencies do you work in?
No matter where you are from or what is your currency we will work it out… we are spreading wellness around the world and we want to be accessible to everyone.
How long does it take to make a website?
Once you book in, we will give you 2 weeks to fill in our content questionnaire and purchase your website hosting.
We will finish your website within 2 weeks from the day you send us your content.
I already have a website, but need a refresh?
More often than not it is easier and much more beneficial to start from scratch, (depending on how your initial website has been set up). Please reach out to Sophie at [email protected] to discuss your specific requirements.
What do I need to provide?
Once the deposit has been made you will receive a questionnaire and design brief to work through and submit prior to the project start date. We will also need your logo files (unless we are designging your branding), website copy and any imagery you want to use on your website.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! All of our clients are offered ongoing support and maintenance plans to suit their needs. We recommend all WordPress clients take out a small monthly maintenance package to keep their website up to date, secure and backed up, however all of our support plans are optional.
