What This Is and How It Works
Collecting the Information
The Look and Feel of the Website
We will ask you for:
- 3 images to show the feel of your website (showing the colours you love)
- 3 images of you that will go onto the website
- 3 websites that you love
- 3 websites that you hate
- 5 words that you want the web visitor to feel when they visit your website.
The Creation of the Website
Your Domain and Hosting
We will ask you to order your domain name and web hosting. We will show you how to do this. We will not be able to begin creating your site until this is done.
Website Content and Images
We will ask you to fill a form for the information that you want on the 5 main pages of your website, 2 blogs to go onto your website. (We will show you how to add more pages and more blogs as you continue to grow your website). Your calendar links.
We will set up a proposed start date and we will need all of this information before that date.
Once we begin we will set up all of your information on the website in the five main pages of the site.
We will go through the design of the site and how your information fits into the design.
You will have the opportunity to request one set of changes at this point.
This is not unlimited changes and will equate to a maximum of 2 hours of changes.
If you are requesting more than 2 hours worth of changes then you will be required to purchase extra admin hours. We will let you know how long the changes will take.
We will then fine-tune and finish your site and publish your website.
Your site will be live in 2 weeks from the start date.
We want you to use your website and continue to add information and change information as your business grows.
We will send you a whole folder of ‘How to’ videos so that you can:
- Change your text
- Change your photos
- Add new pages
- Add new blogs
- Change the information on your footers
- Change the information on your contact us page
- Integrate your calendar into the website
If you get stuck at any point, you can buy admin hours for us to make any changes you need in the future.
Payment
- 25% with the order
- 50% with the information
- 25% on completion

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to edit my website?
YES! This is such an important part of our web design service that we have thought about in great detail. The way we design our websites is so you can easily come in and make small changes as your business grows. We have a private ‘how to’ page with short trainings created by us for you.
What platform will my website be on?
WordPress.
It truly is the king of all platforms and a great place for you to build your website.
Whether you’re looking to start out small and scale in a year or two, or you want a website with multiple functions right away, WordPress is the most flexible platform.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we split all projects over three months.
- The deposit is 20% which should be made to hold your design slot.
- 40% is then taken 30 days after deposit payment.
- The remaining 40% is taken 60 days after deposit
What currencies do you work in?
No matter where you are from or what is your currency we will work it out… we are spreading wellness around the world and we want to be accessible to everyone.
How long does it take to make a website?
The timeframe can vary depending on the project. Typically the project is completed within 30-40 days, as long as we have all of the content before we start.
We work extremely hard to not let a project go over 3 months.
Can you edit my existing design?
Sometimes yes, however more often than not it is easier and much more beneficial to start from scratch, (depending on how your initial website has been set up). Please reach out to Sophie at [email protected] to discuss your specific requirements.
What do I need to provide?
Once the deposit has been made you will receive a questionnaire and design brief to work through and submit prior to the project start date. We will also need your logo files (unless we are designging your branding), website copy and any imagery you want to use on your website.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! All of our clients are offered ongoing support and maintenance plans to suit their needs. We recommend all WordPress clients take out a small monthly maintenance package to keep their website up to date, secure and backed up, however all of our support plans are optional.
